ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept cancellations, exchanges or returns.
You can always contact us for any questions at support@homeagaintoys.com.

We cannot cancel or refund an order so please be sure to check that all info is correct (shipping address, email, payment, coupons).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  Please remember that these plush were sustainably sourced and are being sold as-is.   

We take great care in packaging, but if your plush arrives with an issue, please email us at support@homeagaintoys.com within 3 days with photos, and we’ll work on a solution. 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages you must work with the shipping provider.
